All quotes are provided before work begins. Prices quoted are for the specific work described at the time of enquiry. If additional work is required on-site, we will advise you before proceeding. You are under no obligation to proceed once a quote is given.

We carry out all work with reasonable skill and care. Where parts or materials are supplied, we will advise on the most appropriate options for your situation. We do not guarantee the condition of existing frames, doors, or structures where these are beyond our control.

4. Emergency callouts

Response times are given as estimates and may vary depending on location, traffic, and workload. We prioritise emergency lockout situations wherever possible.

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the agreed work unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash and bank transfer.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from misuse of locks or hardware after our visit.
